Scholarship Information:

BGCB provides more than $300,000 annually to club families who qualify for reduced rates. Scholarships are available on a sliding scale based on income and family size. Unlike last year where there were only full and half scholarships available, we will have more customized levels of scholarships.

If you plan to apply for a scholarship, please come prepared with last year's tax returns or 2 months worth of pay stubs.

  • The annual membership fee of $25 must be paid for all Club members. The $150 fee due at registration also must be paid.
  • In some cases, BGCB, will provide scholarship for the registration fee. If you are unable to pay $150 at registration, you must turn in all necessary scholarship application materials with your registration paperwork in order to temporarily hold your spot.
  • BGCB will review your scholarship application and determine if you qualify for reduced rates. We will notify you of your scholarship within three business days of receiving your completed scholarship paperwork.
  • You MUST PAY the determined amount within three business days of notifcation to secure your spot in our program. If scholarship paperwork is not received and reduced registration fee is not paid on time, BGCB will release your spot to someone on the wait list.

 New Field Trip Policy

There is no additional charge for field trips this summer in order to create opportunities for all members to participate without any barriers to access. Members will participate in field trips by grade group on a rotation.

What should I bring to registration?

  • Please come prepared to pay the $150 fee and $25 membership fee (if you are not a current member). We accept card, check, or cash.

Does my scholarship from the After School program or last summer carry into this summer?

  • No, it does not. You must re-apply and provide the supporting documents listed above.

What if I can't make it to registration on March 2nd or 3rd?

  • If you are worried about not getting a spot, see if a friend or neighbor can drop off your application for you on March 2nd or 3rd. Do not forget to provide them with a payment method.

I'm a current Club member. How do I find out if my account is in good standing?

  • Questions regarding billing and payments can be directed to our Business Manager, Presley Quon, at or 541-617-2877 x7.
