SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION
10-week summer program sign-ups opened on Monday, March 4, 2019. The following grade groups are full and on a wait list:

Hello Parents, Guardians & Caregivers,
We are so excited for the start of our summer program on June 17th! We wanted to let you know about a few important details about our program before that time. Please read the information below to help answer some commonly asked questions.
Lunches & Snack
Daily lunches and afternoon snacks will be provided at no cost by Bend- La Pine Nutrition Services. If you would like to send your child with a cold lunch, there will be bins in the front lobby marked by grade group that you can put your child’s lunch in each morning. Please make sure your child's name is clearly labeled on his/her lunch bag.No refrigeration or heating of cold lunches will be available.
Please send your child with a water bottle each day. Water bottles tend to get lost throughout summer so please keep your valuables at home. Please make sure your child's name is clearly printed on the bottle.
Please make sure your child comes to the Club with sunscreen on each day. Please send your child with extra sunscreen to re-apply as needed. Our staff are not allowed to put sunscreen on Club members.
Please send your child in proper footwear that they are able to be active in.
NO flip-flops please.
We have optional field trips every Friday to Juniper Swim ($7) and Mountain Air ($10 + trampoline jump socks). If your child does not have a waiver on file at Mountain Air please click here to fill it out. These trips are separated each week into 1st-3rd grade and 4th grade-Middle School. Field trip sign-ups are available each week on the Monday before the trip. Payment must be received at the time you sign up, or your child will not be able to go on the field trip. Please see our website for a list of all field trip dates, cost of each trip, and the grade groups allowed on each trip.
Weekly calendars for each grade group will be posted on our website every Friday afternoon for the upcoming week.
Dates & Closures
June 10th-14th – Club Closed for staff training
June 17th-August 23rd – Summer program (Monday-Friday)
July 4th & 5th- Club Closed
August 26th- September 3rd- Club Closed
September 4th – First day of After School Program (and first day of school) *Junior Club begins September 9th
Drop off & Pick up
Drop off and pick up of your child will occur in the first floor lobby. For your child’s safety, please do not pick up or drop off your child at program areas outside. All pick ups need to occur at our front desk with our Membership Services Director. Please be ready to show your ID to our Membership Services Director when you come to pick your child up. On the first day of summer, your child will receive a club card with a barcode on it that they will use to sign in and out each day. Our front door will open at 7:30am and we close promptly at 6:00pm. There is a charge of $1.00 per minute for all pick ups made after 6:00pm.
Payment Due Dates
- Payments for the month of July were due by June 1st
- Payments for the month of August are due by July 1st
**Preferred method of payment is through the online invoices sent to your email.
Failure to pay by the deadlines above will result in your child losing their summer spot, and NO REFUNDS will be offered.
If we do not receive your June payment by June 17th, then your child will not be allowed to attend our Summer Program until payment is received.

2019-20 After School Registration
After School registration will begin on August 1st. All necessary forms will be available online and at the front desk on August 1st. Payment of 1 month of after school fees and the $25 annual membership fee will be required when paperwork is turned in. New scholarship paperwork (and documentation) will be required at that time if a scholarship is needed. Please check our website for important information regarding after school registration.
